Deposit Waiver for Victims of Domestic Crimes

Summit Utilities will waive the deposit required to establish new services for victims of domestic crimes. To apply for the waiver, one of the documents listed below must be submitted:

• Protection order
• Certified letter
• Police reports
• Victim's assistance documentation  

If documentation is submitted after a deposit has been billed, the deposit will be returned as a credit toward your account.
